REFUNDS
Due to hygiene reasons, sock orders cannot returned/refunded once the care label has been removed and if the socks have been tried on.
For Clothing, you have 14 days from the date your order is received to return/exchange.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are welcome so long as the care label has not been removed and the socks are in their original condition. Should you wish to request an exchange the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
